A host of banking services to meet your payment needs

  • Funds Transfers - Send a one-off payment to any account in any bank whether local or abroad from your account and receive local and international payments
  • Standing Orders - Set up standing instructions to transfer funds from your account to another account in our bank, in another local bank or even in an international bank. Your transfer can be at any frequency that you require

For example you may decide to keep SCR5,000 in your current account by crediting your savings account when its balance is greater than this amount and debiting your savings account to credit it when it balance falls below
  • Fees and Charges - We believe in offering you great service at a fair price, and our fees and charges reflect this. Always refer to the published tariff guide, available at all branches, to know what fees and charges are applicable on your account and for the transactions that you plan to do
  • Feedback - We welcome your ideas and feedback as to how we can continue to improve our Personal Banking Services. Please convey your comments to our Contact Centre Agents who are at hand to listen and take note, or use our feedback forms available at all branches to tell us about your experience and suggestions
