What you can view on your account once registered with our Contact Centre
- Query transactions on the accounts
- Request cheque books (if available for your account type) and statements
- Make transfers between your own accounts
- Unlock your Internet banking account if locked
- Activate and deactivate your Internet banking account
- Block your card if you suspect that someone has had access to your card and PIN
We require that you register with our Contact Centre for these account-specific services so that we can identify and verify you when you call us.
